1. Services- Integrity Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services including, but not limited to: Roof repair Roof replacement Roof inspections Storm damage services Maintenance and related roofing services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, weather conditions, material availability, and project scope.
 
2. Estimates and Pricing- All estimates provided by Integrity Roofing are based on initial inspections and information available at the time of evaluation. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices unless stated in writing. Additional repairs or materials may result in adjusted pricing. Customers will be notified of any pricing changes before work continues
 
3. Scheduling and Cancellations- Appointments and service bookings are subject to confirmation. Scheduling is based on availability. Weather conditions may cause rescheduling. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may result in rescheduling delays
 
4. Payments- Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by law

5. Warranties- Integrity Roofing may offer warranties on workmanship and materials where applicable. Warranty details will be provided in writing. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters. Manufacturer warranties are subject to manufacturer terms

6. Customer Responsibilities- Customers agree to: Provide safe access to the property. Remove personal items from work areas. Secure pets and valuables. Disclose known property issues. Ensure utilities and access points are available if needed.

7. Liability- Integrity Roofing is not responsible for: Pre-existing structural damage. Hidden defects not visible during inspection. Damage caused by severe weather or natural disasters. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Website Use- By using our website, you agree not to: Use the site for unlawful purposes. Attempt unauthorized access. Distribute harmful software Interfere with website functionality

9. Intellectual Property. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Integrity Roofing and may not be used without written permission.
